I'm an HR/ADMIN professional for over 10+ years and further shift my career into a General Virtual Administrative Assistant based in Philippines. I have a passion with the concept of mental health and I try to bring this approach to both my life and my work. I am well-organized and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

I am a smart, creative problem solver, and understand that my primary role as a Virtual Assistant is to support my manager's stress and workload.


Past Experience

  • Graduated from the Lyceum of the Philippines Ubiversity -Batangas with a Bachelor of Arts degree Major in Psychology, 2005
  • Became an HR/ Admin for almost 10+ of experience in a corporate settings
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel;
  • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;
  • Prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
  • Monitors the performance and evaluation of employees.
  • Perform and providing administrative role .



Present-day Skills

  • Virtual Administrative Assistant since August 2021 working with different clients mostly with a Mental Health facility and professionals.
  • Administrative Assistance: Providing administrative support, including email management, calendar management and overall assistance.
  • Medical Document Management: Typing and scribing medical documents and notes. Ensure that notes are all charted.
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Processing invoices, bills, and payments, including entering Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
  • 1.Meeting Organization: Assisting in organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders to patients.
  • Patient Account Monitoring: Monitoring and documenting medical records and paperwork for patient accounts.
  • Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of records and data.
  • Basic Accounting: Performing data entry and basic accounting for the statement of accounts of each consumer.
  • Lead Generation : Inputting lead data in MS Excel/ Google Sheet
